- The storm damage to your home is recognized by your insurance company, and you are able to exercise your right to be compensated according to your insurance policy.
- Your total claim amount matches the total damages to your home.
- You are 100% satisfied with the quality of our service and the level of professionalism from each of your StormPros Representatives.
Now that your claim has been started, what can you expect next?
- An insurance adjuster will call you to schedule your roof/home inspection. Make sure to immediately contact your StormPros representative to ensure he/she is present when your insurance adjuster inspects your roof/home to ensure all damage is reported to your insurance company.
- Within 10-14 days of inspection, a scope of work summary and the first check will be released to you from your insurance company. Call StormPros to select the brand and color of your shingles.
- On completion of the work StormPros representative will walk your property with you to ensure all work is completed to your satisfaction.
- StormPros will submit a final invoice and completion certificate to your insurance company for the release of the final check.
